Our Story
Founded in 2018 in Kampala, Uganda, Indwirod Agency emerged from a simple observation: many Ugandan businesses were struggling with manual processes and inefficient operations, not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked access to affordable, user-friendly technology solutions.
Our founders, experienced software developers and business consultants, set out to bridge this gap. We started by building custom management systems for small businesses and quickly realized the enormous demand for such solutions across various industries—from money lenders and SACCOs to schools, clinics, and retail businesses.
Today, we serve hundreds of businesses across Uganda, providing comprehensive business management systems, SMS marketing platforms, web development services, and technical support. Our solutions are built with the Ugandan market in mind, featuring local payment integration, SMS capabilities, and pricing in UGX.
